 GTI was established as a division of Lawless Academy LTD to address the growing intersection of governance and emerging technologies. As artificial intelligence and digital systems increasingly influence institutions, GTI was created to develop responsible oversight frameworks, promote accountability, and position Maryland as a leader in ethical governance innovation.
